Ten years ago, Imber Luminis released its first release with "Fletus", an instrumental EP of ambient, post-doom metal, which put the basis of all emotions that the band became known to contain. Fletus was recorded with rudimentary gear and skills back then, and made it to become a hidden gem of the band's discography.
"For the ten years of the band, I want to close a chapter of what Imber Luminis was, which is a one man band. Now, in 2020, the band became full with 4 fantastic other members, and I needed to have something to 'end' this. Fletus has always been one of my favorite releases, and I believe that now, I have this sound that I wanted to do back then. While it enhances the overall album, it doesn't ruin the original mood of it. And this is, to me, the best 'goodbye' gift to a solo band which crafted me to who I am today.
On to the next releases." - Déhà

This album is incredible. A perfect embodiment of those northern winds piercing you to the heart. I'm convinced these riffs could move glaciers. 𝔅𝔩𝔦𝔰𝔰 ॐ 𝔄𝔟𝔶𝔰𝔰

Such a pleasant surprise this release was for me with its varied styles and themes. The range from black metal to doom to ethereal ambience and the spaces between will pull you in, surrender. Obstacle of Affliction
